SELOUS is the largest game reserve in Africa and one of the largest game parks in Tanzania with a total area of 50,000 km2.
During game drive safari you will see elephants, lions, elands, antelopes, giraffes, wild dogs, black colobus monkeys, reedbuck, water and curly buns, baby kudu, hippos and crocodiles that live in this huge sanctuary and more.
Boat safari on the Rufiji River. The Rufiji River serves as the heart of the park and is the main source of water for all the amazing wildlife in Selous.

Day 1
- 5:00 - departure from the hotel to the airport.
- 7:00 - departure from Zanzibar Airport.
- 7:50 approx - arrival at Mtemere Airport (inside Selous Park).
- Full-day safari in Selous Park.
- Lunch break in the bush, after lunch continuation of the safari.
- Dinner and overnight stay at SELOUS SAFARI LODGE or AFRICA SAFARI CAMP.
Day 2
- 8:00 - 9:00 breakfast.
- 9:30 to 11:30 - boat safari on the Rufiji River full of crocodiles and hippos.
- 12:00 - visit to a local village.
- 13:00 - lunch at Africa Safari Camp.
- 16:00 - return flight.
- 16:50 - arrival in Zanzibar.
- Approx. 18:30 - return to the hotel.
